Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, supervise staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of order fulfillment and distribution processes. The role involves analyzing operational performance, implementing improvements, and maintaining effective communication with team members. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a team Strong Operations and Operations Management skills Analytical Skills to assess and improve operational performance Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in warehousing and logistics is beneficial Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
