Job Timing: 7pm-5am (Night Shift)

Salary: Based on Experience


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property operations, optimizing workflow efficiency, ensuring compliance, and driving overall business growth. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and industry expertise to enhance operational performance.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Operations & Project Management

Oversee and streamline real estate operations, including property management, construction, leasing, and sales processes.

Implement best practices for project execution, ensuring timely completion and cost optimization.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to maintain smooth project execution.

2. Property & Asset Management

Supervise maintenance, repairs, and facilities management to enhance property value.

Develop strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and occupancy rates.

Ensure that properties comply with zoning laws, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

3. Financial Management & Cost Control

Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and revenue growth.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial forecasts for real estate projects.

Negotiate with vendors and contractors for cost-effective services.

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead, train, and mentor the operations team to enhance productivity.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and legal teams to align business objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and government authorities.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to local and national real estate laws, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project execution.

6. Technology & Innovation

Implement real estate management software (ERP, CRM, or Property Management Systems) to streamline operations.

Drive digital transformation and automation for efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications:


Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration,

7+ years


Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and compliance regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and teams effectively.

Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SAP, or similar).

Preferred Skills:


PMP, Six Sigma, or Real Estate Certification (e.g., RICS, CPM) is a plus.

Experience with commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret real estate market trends.
