The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, ensuring smooth operations, achieving business goals, managing staff performance, and driving customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will play a key role in strategic planning, team leadership, and overall branch profitability. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet branch sales targets and profitability. Manage, mentor, and motivate team members to meet performance goals. Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction. Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure proper staffing levels, training, and performance management. Maintain the branch facility, equipment, and assets in good condition. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a branch or operational setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth. Knowledge of industry trends, customer service standards, and compliance requirements. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant business software. Ability to make decisions under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Show more Show less
