Drive Affordable LAP disbursement targets through direct sales, channel partners, and branch sourcing.
Develop and expand local sourcing networks including DSAs, connectors, builders, and referral partners.
Identify new market opportunities and strengthen branch presence in the assigned geography.
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and productivity of the sales team.
Lead, motivate, and manage branch sales, credit, and operations teams.
Set individual targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide on-the-job coaching.
5-10 years of experience in secured lending, preferably in Affordable LAP / MSME LAP / Loan Against Property.
Minimum 23 years of experience in a branch leadership or managerial role.
Local based out candidates' profile will be considerable.
