Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and smooth functioning of the Uniride Honda Vengara branch. This role involves overseeing sales, service, spare parts, staff management, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Honda standards and company policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations including sales, service, spare parts, and administration
  • Ensure compliance with Uniride Honda policies, Honda guidelines, and statutory regulations
  • Maintain branch infrastructure, safety, and operational standards

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for two-wheelers, accessories, and services
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor competition, market trends, and customer feedback to improve branch performance

Service & Customer Experience

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor service quality, turnaround time, and repeat customer complaints
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution

Team Management

  • Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate branch employees
  • Set individual and team targets and conduct performance reviews
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and a positive work culture

Financial & Inventory Control

  • Monitor branch profitability, expenses, and revenue targets
  • Ensure proper stock management of vehicles, spare parts, and accessories
  • Authorize discounts, credit limits, and expenses as per company policy

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to Head Office
  • Ensure accurate documentation, audits, and statutory compliance
  • Coordinate with Head Office for approvals and policy implementation

Qualifications

  • Any Graduation
  • Sales Experience
  • Leadership and Communication Skill
