Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for the position of Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, and lead a dynamic team to drive performance. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, customer relationship management, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves identifying business growth opportunities and fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
Strong analytical, planning, and risk management skills
Proficiency in financial services, compliance measures, and regulatory standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or equivalent; MBA preferred
Prior experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) or banking sector is advantageous
