Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Sales

  1. Drive CASA, fee-based income & investment/cross sell to meet branch-specific liability targets.
  2. Identify and acquire new customers within the local catchment area.
  3. Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, investment and payment solutions.
  4. Develop and execute local marketing and business development initiatives.

2. Branch & Team Leadership

I. Build and lead a team of 45 Sales Managers and 23 Branch Support Staff.

II. Guide, coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and branch goals

III. Maintain a performance-oriented and customer-first culture at the branch.

3. Customer Relationship & Service Excellence

  1. Ensure superior customer experience and prompt issue resolution
  2. Develop and manage relationships with key clients, including high-value accounts.
  3. Uphold Federal Bank’s brand reputation in the local market.

4. Operations, Risk & Compliance

  1. Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure strict adherence to RBI and internal compliance norms (KYC/AML).
  2. Maintain branch hygiene, audit readiness, and risk management standards.
