Job Overview: As a DVP in BTL Marketing at EFL, you will oversee and drive the execution of on-ground Marketing activities to strengthen the Brand's presence and engage target audiences through direct, highly targeted Marketing efforts. This leadership position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and hands-on project management to ensure impactful campaigns and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of BTL Marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BTL initiatives with overall Brand and Marketing strategies. Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of BTL campaigns across various channels, including events, activations, promotions, and Trade Marketing. Team Leadership: Manage a team of BTL Marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities. Ensure the team is aligned with the Brands goals and maintains high standards of execution. Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines. Budgeting & Reporting : Develop and manage budgets for BTL activities. Track ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior leadership. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and consistent with the Brands tone and messaging. Consumer Engagement : Develop strategies to increase consumer interaction with the Brand through direct, experiential Marketing tactics. Utilize data and insights to understand consumer behavior and tailor BTL initiatives. Event Management: Lead the organization and execution of events, activations, and Brand engagements that foster deeper relationships with consumers and industry stakeholders. Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in BTL Marketing. Use insights to adjust strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 12-15 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior BTL-focused role. Proven experience in managing large-scale Marketing campaigns and leading teams. Skills: Strong understanding of BTL Marketing channels (events, activations, promotions). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on details and execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using digital tools, data analytics, and Marketing software to track campaign performance.
