Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Kozhikode. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily clinical operations of our services, ensuring efficient and effective management. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, managing budgets, developing and implementing operational policies, and coordinating with different departments to optimize workflow. The role also involves analyzing operational performance and making strategic decisions to improve service delivery and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Proficiency in strategic planning and performance analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode
• Masters degree in Social Science / Business Administration / Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or mental health industry is a plus
