Senior Wedding Planner


Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing resources, and ensuring flawless coordination between internal teams and external vendors. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all business activities.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and systems for planning and executing weddings/events.
  • Coordinate between design, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and relationships to secure quality and cost-effective services.
  • Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability of projects.
  • Supervise event setup and logistics, ensuring operational standards are maintained.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on operations performance for management.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate operations staff to maximize productivity and accountability.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and safety regulations.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience

    in operations management, preferably in events, hospitality, or luxury services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and operational software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel and work on weekends/holidays based on event schedules.


Preferred Background

  • Experience in wedding/event planning, hospitality, or large-scale project operations.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving cost savings.
  • Exposure to luxury/lifestyle industries with high-end clientele.
