BTL Operations Associate.

Job Description :

Candidate must have good knowledge of Powerpoint & Excel.
One is having printing knowledge.

Should know how to deal with vendors & vendor coordination.

Should have good purchasing skills
Having good knowledge of logistics.

Operations executive required for BTL activities for pan India projects

Meeting clients along with Client Servicing Team after project is approved to discuss operational points.

Servicing client on field as and when required.

Planning project allocation to the team members after receiving Ops note and budget.

Guiding team members during projects to make sure quality execution happens. Must know Multi-Tasking.

Multi-Tasking, Troubleshooting with respect to problems faced in the execution and implementation stages of a project.

Crisis Management, Client Relationship Management.

Developing vendors & suppliers on regular basis from across India

Managing existing vendors.

Negotiation with Vendors and suppliers.

Help team to execute project within given time.

Providing reports to CS team on projects

Interfacing between the Execution Teams (E.g. Operations; Creative etc) and Client to Ensure the Delivery of Quality Projects

Executions of any BTL projects from starting till end

Creating Vendor database pan India

Innovative thinker; must have experience in retail branding, event management, merchandising, etc.

Proficiency in MS excel, MS word, MS power point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
