About the Opportunity

Book My Tutes EdTech Private Limited is expanding its leadership team and is hiring a Operations Manager to oversee operations, manage teams, and drive performance in a target-oriented environment. This role is suited for candidates with prior exposure to EdTech, education consulting, or high-volume service-based industries.

Role Overview

The Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and ensuring consistent execution across counselling, outreach, and admission support activities. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to deliver results through people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 members

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets across teams

- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity benchmarks

- Coordinate with counselling, sales, and operations teams

- Track performance metrics and prepare basic MIS reports

- Train, mentor, and motivate team members

- Maintain professional communication with internal teams and stakeholders

- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to defined processes

Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in EdTech, Education, IndiaMART, Zomato, or similar target-driven industries

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications

- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure

- Strong ownership and accountability
