Role Overview

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management

• Lead day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

• Facility Management

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Manage utilities, safety systems, HVAC, fire safety, and building management systems (BMS).
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for AMC and facility upkeep.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs.

• Account Handling

• Manage client accounts, ensuring service delivery and satisfaction.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for facility operations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

• Recruitment & People Management

• Lead recruitment drives for operations and facility staff.
• Collaborate with HR to design job descriptions, interview processes, and onboarding programs.
• Train, mentor, and supervise teams to enhance performance and engagement.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and employee development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in

  Electrical & Electronics Engineering

  (mandatory).
• 810 years of overall experience, with at least 6 years in

  Facility Management

  .
• Strong knowledge of operations management, account handling, and recruitment processes.

Salary :- 52k-60k per month

Notice period:- immediate to 1 month
