About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves handling day-to-day operational tasks, data management, and providing analytical support for business decision-making.

Requirements

Graduate (Any stream)

Minimum 1 year of experience in operations / admin / data management

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)

Proficiency in Canva for designing reports/presentations/creatives

Ability to develop dashboards and data models

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate data records.
• Create and analyze reports using Advanced Excel.
• Design reports, presentations, and creatives using Canva.
• Develop dashboards and data models for decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
• Provide operational support and process improvement insights.
