🎯 Job Objective:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Lead Generation Executive to support our football club’s marketing and fan engagement initiatives. This role will focus on identifying and connecting with potential sponsors, partners, ticket buyers, and football enthusiasts to grow the club’s reach and revenue.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through digital platforms, cold outreach, events, and local activations

Build and maintain a database of potential sponsors, partners, fans, and academy students

Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns (email, WhatsApp, social media)

Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotions and attract new audiences

Schedule meetings and follow up with warm leads for partnerships, memberships, and event participation

Analyze performance of lead generation activities and optimize for better ROI

Represent the football club in promotional activities and local events

✅ Key Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales (sports domain is a plus)

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Strong knowledge of social media, email tools, and CRM systems

Passion for football or sports marketing

Self-motivated and target-oriented
