Job Description

As an HPA Operations Manager, your role involves overseeing a team of HPA Ops professionals to ensure efficient, accurate operations in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for the following: - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department - Setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback for continuous improvement - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance workflows, reduce processing times, and improve productivity - Reviewing, refreshing, and standardizing procedures to drive efficiency and excellence - Coaching and guiding team members on client service, processes, and best practices through training and team governance - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements - Conducting reviews to ensure compliance with production standards in terms of quality, quantity, and documentation - Using tools and resources to manage workflows, reduce handoffs, and drive corrective actions - Leveraging technology to increase automation in partnership with technology and IT teams - Handling projects and initiatives as assigned - Working closely with senior management to align department goals with company objectives - Providing periodic reports to senior management Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Leadership experience - Experience in leading change initiatives within an organization Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Leadership and management skills - Effective communication - Analytical thinking - Strong organizational skills - Decision-making abilities - Strategic thinking - Adaptability Physical Requirements: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time - Occasionally move within the office to access machinery, filing cabinets, and meeting facilities - Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery - Frequently handle files in file cabinets - Move boxes or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds - Communicate information clearly - Observe details at close range Please note that this job description provides a general overview of your role as an HPA Operations Manager within the company.
