About Us Wedding Factory India is a leading wedding design and planning company known for creating bespoke, high-end events that blend creativity, precision, and flawless execution. We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team and take ownership of managing premium weddings from concept to completion. Role Overview The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of event production. This includes design implementation, vendor coordination, material procurement, on-site setup, and technical operations. The role requires strong leadership, technical know-how, and the ability to manage large teams and complex productions under strict timelines. Key Responsibilities Translate event design concepts into actionable production plans. Manage end-to-end event production including décor, stage, lighting, sound, AV, and logistics. Work closely with designers and planners to understand creative direction and ensure accurate execution. Source, negotiate, and manage production vendors, fabricators, and technicians. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality standards and budget control. Create and manage production timelines, checklists, and site layouts. Supervise on-site installation and dismantling, ensuring safety and efficiency. Lead and manage production teams, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines. Troubleshoot issues during setup or live events with quick problem-solving. Maintain strong quality control and adherence to brand standards in every project. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Design, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in event production, stage management, or related fields. Strong technical knowledge of event infrastructure, AV systems, lighting, staging, and décor production. Proven ability to manage large-scale event setups with multiple vendors and large teams. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and team leadership ability. Flexibility to travel and work nights/weekends as required by event schedules. Preferred Background Prior experience in luxury weddings, concerts, festivals, or large-format events. Hands-on knowledge of fabrication, carpentry, and stage setup processes. Experience with CAD drawings, stage plots, or event production software.
