You’ll ensure every TripyPackage trip runs smoothly, meets quality standards, and leaves travelers with unforgettable memories.
• Oversee planning and smooth execution of all trips (weekend & long-duration).
• Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and local guides for every trip.
• Ensure all amenities and inclusions (as per package details) are available during the trip.
• Handle pre-trip checklists, trip captain briefings, and post-trip feedback collection.
• Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, transporters, and activity providers.
• Negotiate rates, finalize contracts, and ensure vendor compliance with TripyPackage standards.
• Identify and onboard new vendors to expand our destination network.
• Manage and train trip captains for on-ground customer experience.
• Coordinate with the content and marketing teams for live updates and storytelling during trips.
• Collaborate with the backend and admin teams for itinerary updates and operational data tracking.
• Implement SOPs for pre-trip verification, emergency handling, and feedback analysis.
• Resolve operational issues proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain trip reports, vendor performance data, and expense summaries.
• Identify inefficiencies and optimize operational workflows.
• Regularly share reports with management and suggest process upgrades.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Travel Management (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel operations, vendor management, or hospitality management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle real-time travel challenges.
• Comfortable traveling across states for vendor visits and trip management.
• Knowledge of travel tools, spreadsheets, and CRM software.
