Tripy Package is a growing travel-tech startup building a platform that connects customers with highly transparent, detailed, and comparable travel packages. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations.

Role Overview:

General HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Draft and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
• Conduct employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR Generalist/General HR role (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
