Daily Tiffins & Co. is a rapidly growing meal subscription and tiffin delivery brand catering to corporates, students, and working professionals. With operations centered in Indore and expanding into major metros, we are building a structured, tech-enabled, and scalable tiffin service.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our daily tiffin deliveries across cities. This role demands expertise in kitchen coordination, partner kitchen management, logistics tracking, customer satisfaction, and cost control.Key Responsibilities: ●Kitchen & Production CoordinationOversee daily meal production and packaging at central and partner kitchensMaintain quality, portion control, hygiene, and packaging standardsEnsure daily menu adherence and SOP implementation● Partner Kitchen ManagementOnboard, train, and monitor partner kitchens in multiple citiesTrack minimum guarantee and performance targetsConduct audits and resolve operational concerns proactively● Logistics & Delivery OversightCoordinate last-mile delivery across all cities (with and without partners)Optimize delivery routes and timings (especially in 3 km radius zones)Address failed deliveries, customer complaints, and delivery partner issues● Customer Experience & FeedbackEnsure timely response to issues via CRM or WhatsApp channelsTrack NPS, feedback forms, and daily reviews to improve retentionImplement feedback loops between customers and kitchens● Inventory & Procurement CoordinationWork with purchase and inventory teams to ensure raw material flowTrack gravy and raw material consumption from partner kitchensFlag wastage or pilferage, suggest cost-saving solutions● Reporting & Data TrackingMaintain kitchen-wise and city-wise dashboardsAnalyze order trends, repeat rates, and delivery success ratiosShare weekly performance reports with leadershipKey Requirements:3–5 years experience in F&B operations, cloud kitchens, or logisticsStrong communication and people management skillsKnowledge of food safety & hygiene protocolsAbility to manage multi-location teams and partnersTech-savvy – should be comfortable with dashboards, CRM tools, WhatsApp business, and Excel/Google SheetsFluent in Hindi and English
