What Youll Do

  • Manage end-to-end operations for the US inbound travel call centre
  • Lead Team Leaders and agents to achieve service levels and quality targets
  • Collaborate with Training, Quality, and HR to meet manpower and performance goals
  • Drive process improvements and ensure SLA compliance
  • Be travel-ready to support operations, recruitment, or training drives

You Bring

  • 6–12 years of BPO / Call Centre experience (minimum 4 years in Operations Management)
  • Proven experience in the Airline Ticketing / Travel Process domain
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MIS, reporting, and performance tracking
