Operations Manager

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring seamless patient experience.
• Manage front office, laboratory, radiology, phlebotomy, and support staff to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with NABL/NABH standards, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor daily patient flow, report turnaround times (TAT), and service delivery benchmarks.
• Coordinate with laboratory and technical staff to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
• Handle escalated patient queries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment in coordination with procurement.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth functioning of diagnostic equipment.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
• Work closely with sales/marketing teams to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
• Prepare and present MIS reports on operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control at the center.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in Healthcare / Life Sciences / Business Administration (MBA in Healthcare Management preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a diagnostic center, hospital, or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic workflows, laboratory operations, and patient services.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, NABL/NABH standards, and quality protocols.
• Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software (LIS/HIS).
