This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across production, logistics, inventory, vendor coordination, and internal workflows. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee supply chain, manufacturing batches, and day-to-day logistics of product movement. Vendor & Supplier Management: Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing/contracts, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, and ensure timely restocking without over-ordering. Order Fulfilment: Ensure timely, error-free delivery of customer and B2B orders. Process Optimization: Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency in production, sourcing, packaging, and dispatch. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain updated documentation for regulatory, quality checks, and audit purposes. Blinkit Inventory : Mange and dispatch timely blinkit inventory and inventory on other third party places Skills : Strong project management and organizational skills. Familiarity with inventory and order management tools (Zoho, Unicommerce, Shopify, etc. a plus). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and multitask under pressure. A genuine interest in wellness, sustainability, or clean beauty is a plus.
