About the Role: We’re looking for passionate and persuasive individuals with a natural flair for relationship-building and skincare knowledge. If you’ve sold wellness or beauty products directly to customers, built your own client base, or led community-driven sales—this role is for you. As a Sales & Outreach Executive, you’ll represent our clean, plant-powered skincare range to conscious customers who care deeply about what touches their skin. You’ll be educating, demonstrating, and growing awareness—person to person, online or offline. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell our range of natural skincare products to individual customers and local networks Educate potential buyers about product benefits, ingredients, and usage Build lasting customer relationships based on trust and transparency Host or participate in small product demos, community sessions, or online skincare events Generate and convert leads through word of mouth, referrals, and local outreach Meet sales targets and contribute feedback for product or customer experience improvements Maintain customer records and follow-ups using basic tools (we’ll guide you) Who We’re Looking For: Experience in direct sales, field marketing, or community-based product selling Strong interest in skincare, wellness, or clean beauty Ability to explain product benefits clearly and convincingly Comfortable working independently and managing your own client base People person with excellent communication and follow-up skills Basic digital know-how (WhatsApp, Instagram, Excel or Google Sheets, etc.) What We Offer: A chance to be part of a growing, ethical skincare brand Product training and transparent brand storytelling tools Competitive commissions based on performance Opportunity to grow into a team lead or trainer role Salary - According to market standards Show more Show less
