And we’re looking for a marketing mind who gets that. Role Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager who is not only fluent in digital marketing and ad performance but also deeply understands brand building in the conscious beauty space. This role demands both creative thinking and analytical rigor to elevate Icawnic’s presence across platforms—e specially Meta, Google, and marketplaces like Blinkit, Amazon, Offline stores —while staying true to our slow, sincere brand voice. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing (Ads & Analytics) Own and execute paid media strategy across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging platforms. Analyze ad performance to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition while minimizing CAC. Brand & Content Strategy Craft compelling campaign narratives and coordinate execution across platforms, ensuring consistency with Icawnic’s identity. Collaborate with founders, content creators, and designers to deliver thoughtful, messaging. Own the social media strategy—engagement growth, follower loyalty, and story-led content. Leadership & Team Collaboration Lead cross-functional efforts with internal and external creative teams. Mentor junior marketing staff (if any) and guide freelancers/vendors on-brand execution. Qualifications: 3-5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in performance ads (Meta & Google). Strong creative intuition with the ability to brief and evaluate creatives against performance data. Prior experience in skincare, wellness, or a purpose-driven D2C brand is strongly preferred. Deep understanding of consumer psychology, funnel thinking, and digital ad strategy. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Believe that marketing can be empathetic, honest, and still high-converting. Can balance intuition and insight—knowing when to trust the data and when to trust the brand.
