Operations Manager

We are hiring a Operation Manager for Leading Finance company.

Finance Operations Manager oversees a company's financial processes, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring financial reporting and compliance. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial software to optimize operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Financial management: Oversee and manage daily financial operations like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.

Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, creating forecasts, and monitoring financial performance against them.

Financial reporting and analysis: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports, analyze financial data, and provide insights to senior management.

Process optimization: Improve and implement financial and operational procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.

System and tool support: Manage and support the implementation of financial systems and software.

Team leadership: Lead, coach, and support finance and operations teams.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work with other departments to align financial and operational goals.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certifications like CPA or CMA are often preferred.

10 years Above of experience in finance and operations management.

Proficiency with financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
