Finance Operations Manager oversees a company's financial processes, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring financial reporting and compliance. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial software to optimize operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities Financial management: Oversee and manage daily financial operations like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow. Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, creating forecasts, and monitoring financial performance against them. Financial reporting and analysis: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports, analyze financial data, and provide insights to senior management. Process optimization: Improve and implement financial and operational procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements. System and tool support: Manage and support the implementation of financial systems and software. Team leadership: Lead, coach, and support finance and operations teams. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications like CPA or CMA are often preferred. 10 years Above of experience in finance and operations management.
