Job Description – Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

1. Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage employees and interns, handle training activities, and conduct outreach to educational institutions for course promotions. The role requires strong coordination, reporting, and team-handling abilities.

2. Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee daily operations across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and fixed procedures.
  • Identify gaps in operations and implement improvements.
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately.

Team Handling

  • Supervise employees and interns.
  • Assign tasks, track performance, and provide feedback.
  • Support HR in onboarding and training new staff/interns.

Training Management

  • Conduct and coordinate staff training and intern training sessions.
  • Plan training schedules, content, and follow-ups.

Educational Outreach & Partnerships

  • Reach out to colleges, universities, and institutions to promote courses.
  • Build relationships with placement cells, training departments, and faculty.
  • Present courses, collaboration proposals, and training solutions.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and campus promotional activities.
  • Achieve enrollment, outreach, and partnership targets.

Coordination & Administration

  • Work with internal teams for brochures, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain activity reports, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and suggest improvements for outreach.

3. Skills Required

  • Strong communication & coordination skills.
  • Team handling and leadership ability.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).
  • Ability to conduct training and presentations confidently.

4. Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field (Business/Management preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in operations, training, or outreach roles.

5. Working Conditions

  • Fixed working hours (no flexibility).
  • Must follow company rules and reporting structure.
