Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage staff deployed across various sites. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, and administrative skills, with the ability to handle end-to-end staff operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange, control, and schedule staff for different client sites
• Maintain complete staff records including attendance, duty schedules, and daily reports
• Ensure proper deployment and replacement of staff as required
• Monitor staff performance and address operational issues promptly
• Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and provide timely support
• Maintain documentation for new joiners, resignations, and daily operations
• Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site requirements
• Support recruitment for security guards, delivery boys, housekeeping, and other facility roles

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Operations or Facility Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
• Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Valid two-wheeler license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
