Operations Manager

Operations Leadership (On-site + Offshore) Oversee operational workflow across hotels with primary focus on offshore support functions. Conduct weekly/fortnightly one-to-ones with offshore team + periodic audits of on-site teams. Monitor SOP compliance across both offshore & on-site operations (more weight on offshore control). Ensure issues from on-site managers are escalated and resolved without constant handholding. Lead process improvement and service excellence initiatives. Financial Oversight (Not Accounting) Ensure all hotel financial reporting systems run correctly and on time, including: Weekly revenue & cost reports Monthly operations P&L snapshots (property-wise) Cash flow summary and budget vs. actual review Maintain accurate bookkeeping oversight (review status, not do bookkeeping) Ensure all VAT/PAYE/accounting tasks are coordinated with accountants and deadlines met Track and drive cost efficiencies across properties 👉 Clear oversight & reporting — NOT doing accountant roles HR & People Leadership Oversee recruitment pipeline for offshore & on-site roles Manage onboarding, performance reviews, trackers, and training Maintain updated HR documents and compliance records Build accountability habits in teams (offshore emphasis) SOP, Audit & Systems Audit SOP compliance regularly across offshore & on-site teams Ensure property teams follow critical standards without micro-management Track operational KPIs and task completion discipline AI & Automation Identify and implement AI and automation to streamline reporting, communication & SOP tracking Train teams to use digital systems Support Expansion Prepare operational data, onboarding processes & support for new hotels Participate in due diligence and setup for acquisitions
