Role: Operations Manager Location: Bengaluru (Onsite) About the Role We are hiring an Operations Manager to manage ground-level execution, logistics coordination, order movement, dispatch planning, and internal workflow management. The ideal candidate should be detail-driven, highly organized, and able to ensure seamless operational performance end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Logistics Monitor order movement from confirmation to dispatch and final delivery. Track shipments, coordinate with transport partners and ensure timely fulfilment. Assist in planning dispatch schedules based on production readiness. Follow up on transit issues, delays, and escalate when necessary. Support inventory flow management between production and warehouse. Operations & Workflow Execution Handle daily operational tasks ensuring smooth cross-team coordination. Maintain operational trackers, GRN records, dispatch documentation, and delivery logs. Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements for efficiency. Participate in operational review meetings and share updates on task progress. Data & Reporting Prepare supply chain MIS reports, cycle time dashboards and daily operations updates. Work extensively on Excel for data analysis, tracking & reporting. Maintain visibility on fulfilment timelines, lead times, risk points and deviations. Knowledge of Zoho Books / ERP systems for record-keeping is a plus (not mandatory). Sourcing & Vendor Management Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors based on pricing, capability and quality. Support vendor negotiations and cost comparison. Maintain vendor database and follow up for supplies and timelines. Requirements 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics coordination. Bachelor’s degree in BBA/B.Tech/Operations/Supply Chain or relevant field. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data & reporting. Strong Excel ability required; SQL knowledge is an added advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment. Ownership-driven, detail-oriented and proactive in operations problem-solving. Preferred Prior experience in logistics coordination, dispatch planning or warehouse flow. Experience with operational documentation, delivery tracking & execution control. Familiarity with B2B operations or packaging/manufacturing environments.
