Job Responsibilities of Manager Conduct daily team meetings to review tasks, performance, and project updates. Manage daily client meetings to understand requirements, share updates, and maintain strong relationships. Act as the primary Client Coordination Manager , ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Drive Client Acquisition by identifying new opportunities and nurturing potential leads. Handle Client Coordination to ensure timely delivery of tasks, approvals, and feedback. Maintain and strengthen Client Relationship Management through proactive communication and service excellence. Oversee Team Management , including task allocation, monitoring productivity, and guiding team members. Lead Project Management activitiesplanning, execution, monitoring, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. Ensure accurate CRM Updating & Maintenance for all client interactions, progress, and project milestones. Conduct and participate in Client Meetings & Presentations , representing the company professionally. Prepare detailed Reporting & Documentation for management review and performance tracking.
