Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Atya Hotels branch, located in Rishikesh. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensure excellent customer service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintaining high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role also involves coordinating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
