Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury hotel in saravanampatti. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth departmental functioning and high operational standards across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Guest Services
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle escalations efficiently
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance evaluations
• Maintain operational standards, SOPs and compliance with hotel policies
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless operations
• Work with the CF hotel budgets, expenses and cost-control measures
• Work closely with the General Manager to execute operational strategies
• Ensure safety, hygiene and quality standards are consistently met
• Handle vendor management, procurement and inventory control
• Support in event coordination, banquet operations and special functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
• 7+ years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments and handle pressure effectively
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
• Proficiency in hotel management software and operational tools
