Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project Management Excellence

  : Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end execution of multiple high-value defense-tech projects.

• Daily Operations Oversight

  : Ensure smooth workflows across engineering, procurement, testing, and client deliveries.

• Financial Tracking & Control

  : Manage budgets, track expenses, oversee invoicing and payments (including defense sector’s extended payment cycles).

• Monitoring & Reporting

  : Build effective tracking dashboards, ensure timely updates to stakeholders, and align projects with timelines.

• Cross-functional Coordination

  : Act as a bridge between engineering, business development, and customer-facing teams.

• Process Development

  : Create scalable processes for operations, documentation, and compliance as the company grows.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in

  project management and operations

  (preferably in startups, manufacturing, or defense/security domains).
• Strong understanding of

  financial planning, budgeting, and project cost control

  .

• Excellent communication skills

  – clear written and spoken English is a must.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and drive structured execution in a

  fast-paced startup environment

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar)

  .

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• MBA (Operations/Finance/General Management)

  or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Prior exposure to

  defense, aerospace, or surveillance technologies

  will be highly valued.
• Experience working directly with founders or in

  early-stage startups

  will be a big plus.
