Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Android Developer to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will independently lead the design, development, and optimization of Android applications across various domains — from messaging, calling, and control apps to IoT-based interfaces for defense-grade devices. You’ll work with hardware teams, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to build secure, fast, and scalable apps that are tightly integrated with sensors, embedded devices, and databases. Responsibility: Lead end-to-end development of Android applications for communication, control systems, and IoT integration. Develop complex apps like messenger platforms with chat/calling , field data capture tools, and real-time interfaces. Design and implement native modules using Java, C, and C++ , with optional NDK integrations. Build apps that interface with custom hardware , sensors, and embedded devices over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or custom protocols . Work with all types of databases : SQLite, Firebase, Room, MySQL, and REST APIs. Collaborate across engineering, embedded systems, and UI/UX design teams. Debug, optimize, and maintain applications for reliability and performance. Stay current with best practices in mobile development, security, and efficiency. Qualification : Minimum 4 years of hands-on Android application development experience. Proficiency in Native Android , Java , C/C++ , and Android NDK. Strong foundation in mobile UI design , architecture (MVVM/MVC) , and secure app development. Experience building apps involving real-time messaging , voice/video calling , and hardware integration . Deep understanding of database operations and network communications . Fast learner, problem-solver, and independent contributor. Excellent debugging, testing, and documentation habits. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in WebRTC , MQTT, BLE, or low-level communication protocols. Prior work in defense, space, aviation, or cybersecurity sectors .
