Job Description: Field Executive – OperationsDepartment: OperationsReporting To: Area / Operations Manager Category: Facility Management – Corporate, Industrial & Retail (Including Warehouses) Job Purpose:To ensure smooth and efficient operations across assigned corporate offices, industrial sites, retail outlets, and warehouses by managing manpower, maintaining service quality, ensuring compliance, and delivering consistent client satisfaction through proactive field supervision. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Operations & Supervision Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper housekeeping, maintenance, and soft service operations. Supervise site teams (housekeeping, pantry, helpers, loaders/unloaders, etc.) and ensure task completion as per scope of work. Verify attendance, grooming, and uniform compliance of all deployed personnel. Ensure timely deployment of relievers and replacements during absenteeism or leave. Monitor and maintain service standards through daily checklists and client feedback. 2. Manpower Management Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for mobilization of new staff and replacements. Track and ensure issuance and upkeep of uniforms, ID cards, safety shoes, and PPEs. Maintain and submit daily attendance, deployment, and absentee reports. Facilitate ESI, PF, and family card issuance, and track employee documentation compliance. 3. Client Coordination & Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for clients at each site for operational requirements. Handle client complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally and promptly. Maintain healthy client relationships and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs. Support client audits, inspections, and review meetings. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain site registers, manpower lists, checklists, and complaint logs. Submit daily site visit reports, incident reports, and weekly performance summaries. Assist in attendance verification and billing data submission to the back-end team. Support audit documentation for statutory and client compliance. 5. Statutory & Compliance Support Ensure all staff at site are covered under statutory benefits (ESI, PF, Bonus, etc.). Support in maintaining and updating statutory registers and records at sites. 6. Operational Excellence Ensure service delivery as per SOPs and client scope of work across all types of sites. Support in new site mobilizations, transitions, and manpower onboarding. Conduct surprise inspections and internal audits to maintain service quality. Provide on-ground support for emergency tasks, seasonal activities, or deep cleaning projects. Additional Responsibilities Support employee engagement and grievance redressal at site level. Facilitate training sessions on soft skills, safety, and site-specific SOPs. Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Accounts for salary, attendance, and uniform-related queries. Participate in review meetings with management and share operational insights.
