Inside Sales Executive

Role Summary he Inside Sales Executive is responsible for managing incoming leads received through online platforms, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal operations teams, sharing commercials, and ensuring continuous follow-up until closure. The role requires strong communication, CRM/MIS management, and coordination skills to support revenue growth across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Follow-Ups Receive and review leads generated through online platforms (website, JustDial, IndiaMART, social channels, etc.). Call prospective clients to understand their requirement in detail (manpower, housekeeping, soft services, facility management, etc.). Qualify leads based on urgency, scope, and feasibility. Maintain timely and professional follow-ups until the lead is converted or closed. 2. Requirement Understanding & Coordination Capture client requirements accurately and brief internal Operations/Regional teams. Coordinate with Operations team to arrange site visits, surveys, and technical/operational assessments. Work as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams. 3. Proposal & Commercials Prepare and share proposals/commercials as per approved company pricing and formats. Ensure proposals are aligned with operational capability and brand guidelines. Re-share revised commercials if required, based on client feedback. 4. Closure Support Continuously follow up with clients for negotiations, clarifications, and decision-making. Support the Sales Manager in closing deals and converting leads to billing. Maintain a high conversion ratio through active engagement. 5. MIS & Reporting Maintain detailed MIS/CRM entries for every lead (status, follow-up, region, closure timeline). Track follow-ups, pending actions, and progress for multiple regions. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management on lead status and conversion performance.
