Job Description

Client Engagement & Outreach:

  • Make 250 outbound calls per day to engage prospects, investors, and potential leads
  • Schedule and attend 15 meetings per month (virtual or in-person)
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships

Business Development (Real Estate):

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HNIs, businessmen, investors, and corporates
  • Build strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders across Delhi NCR
  • Collaborate with the BDE team for lead generation and follow-ups

Sales & Strategy:

  • Promote and present Goa real estate projects to prospective leads
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline
  • Provide tailored real estate solutions to HNI clients

Support in achieving business objectives (no hard sales targets for calling outreach role)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Inside Sales : 1 year (Required)
