Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive with excellent communication and client-handling skills. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, product explanation, and converting potential customers into active clients.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and messaging platformsUnderstand client needs and present suitable product/service solutionsConduct clear and engaging product explanations or virtual demos·Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and convert them into qualified opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRMCoordinate with the sales/technical team to schedule demos or closure meetingsIdentify potential sales opportunities by researching and analyzing customer requirementsAchieve assigned sales targets, follow-up milestones, and daily activity goalsEnsure high-quality customer engagement and build strong client relationships
