Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys supporting broader HR functions. In this role, you will primarily focus on managing recruitment activities while also working on employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Post job openings and source candidates using various job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and basic HR functions. Familiarity with using multiple job portals and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR operations and processes. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
