Role & responsibilities

  • Prospecting Potential Leads:

    Identify new sales opportunities by researching potential customers, using online generated leads, and making outbound calls.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain relationships with clients, handle inbound calls, and follow up to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Sales and Negotiation:

    Present and demonstrate products or services, explain their benefits, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet company goals.
  • Pipeline and Data Management:

    Manage the sales pipeline, maintain a database of current and potential customers, and track all sales activities and progress.
  • Reporting and Collaboration:

    Provide regular reports on sales activities and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and strategies.
  • Market Research:

    Stay informed about products, services, and competitor offerings to tailor pitches and identify new market opportunities.
  • Payments:

    End to end payments follow up
