Job Description

About the Role:

The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing and driving the end-to-end operational performance of the healthcare division. This role ensures smooth delivery of healthcare services, process optimization, compliance with healthcare regulations, and achievement of business objectives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale healthcare operations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of service delivery excellence in healthcare BPO, hospital management, or clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across all healthcare projects and business units.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service efficiency, patient satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for all healthcare programs.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through automation, analytics, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards (HIPAA, NABH, etc.), and company policies.
  • Monitor key operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute business expansion and client engagement strategies.
  • Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Partner with technology, HR, and quality teams to optimize workforce productivity and service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare operations, hospital administration, or healthcare BPO management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, RCM).
  • Financial acumen with experience in P&L and cost control management.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-location or large-scale healthcare projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operational dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Prior experience in managing hospital operations, healthcare BPO, or RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
