Job Description

Lead and manage global operations for the real-time payments business
Maintain a robust 24x7 operating model for seamless service delivery
Develop and establish regional and global operational standards
Implement quality frameworks to prevent repeat errors and incidents
Oversee daily operations, proactively addressing challenges
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Audit, Compliance, and Regulators
Onboard new branches with minimal operational impact
Drive strategic thinking while managing granular day-to-day issues
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across regions
Build and motivate high-performing teams globally

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

10 years of experience in Operations with direct experience in Payments
Strong knowledge of emerging payments in global markets
Understanding of regulatory requirements for real-time payments in APAC and EMEA
Proactive in identifying and addressing quality, standards, and control gaps
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional partnership skills
Clear and confident communicator at all organizational levels
Logical and structured approach to planning, problem solving, and decision-making
Solid awareness of controls and risk management protocols
Self-starter with ability to manage workload and deliverables independently
Flexible to support business needs in a 24x7 environment
