Operations Director

As an Operations Director at instinctools, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the full spectrum of back-office operations for our India office. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the Resident Director to maintain the company's legal presence in India. - Managing the Registered Office and ensuring compliance with legal address requirements. - Managing bank mandates and overseeing all banking operations related to the India office. - Leading HR functions, including the recruitment funnel, onboarding, and employee relations. - Overseeing the physical office and infrastructure to ensure a productive and safe working environment. - Coordinating client and candidate communications, addressing and resolving any issues promptly. - Providing comprehensive back-office support to enable smooth operational function and business growth. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment. - Experience managing banking relationships and mandates. - Demonstrated ability to lead HR and recruitment processes effectively. - Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage physical office infrastructure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and candidate interactions. - Ability to handle complex situations with problem-solving skills and professionalism. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
