This role is responsible for driving efficiency, leading teams, strengthening processes, and ensuring operational excellence that aligns with business goals in the Australian market. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality performance across departments. Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields. Extensive experience in operations leadership roles, preferably within medium to large organisations. Strong knowledge of operational processes, business planning, and organisational management. Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive transformation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Experience with operational tools, workflow systems, and data-driven reporting frameworks. Ability to manage complex priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree (MBA or relevant field) is an advantage. Experience in Australian market operations or multinational environments. Background in digital transformation, automation, or process re-engineering.
