Operations Associate

to join our fast-growing team at ZOCA. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our operations, leveraging your skills in data management, workflows, and process improvement. Proficiency in

Excel

is required, and familiarity with

SQL

Key Responsibilities

Daily operations

Onboard clients through AI powered workflows
Use Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
Streamline and optimize workflows for greater efficiency
Create and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with product & customer success teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of operational tasks
Provide support for process improvements and project management initiative

Data Management and Automation:

Assist in extracting, cleaning, and organizing data for better insights and decision-making
Conduct audits and checks to maintain data accuracy
Resolve discrepancies in data or processes proactively

Qualifications

Experience: 0-2 years
Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
Basic knowledge of SQL is highly desirable.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools or workflow management platforms is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
