Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Associate located in Bengaluru. The Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics, optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners. The Operations Associate will also handle inventory management, quality control, and support customer service operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations skills, including logistics and supply chain management
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• High-level Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
• Customer Service experience and capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the FMCG or perishables industry is a plus
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools
