Operations Interns

Role: Operations Associate (Internship)

Location: Hanamkonda

Timings: 10 AM to 5 PM

Stipend: Paid internship

Duration: 3 months (with an opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Own and manage the backend of the student journey – from application to admission
• Build simple, scalable systems & processes (leveraging AI tools where needed)
• Work directly with the founder to define workflows and improve the way we operate
• Interact with our paid students - you’ll be on the frontlines, making sure they feel heard and supported
• Create and maintain structured databases, documents, and communication flows
• Play a key role in shaping how operations function in a fast-growing service-based startup
• Contribute your ideas — we value initiative and proactive problem-solvers

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or students finishing their final year
• Organised, reliable, and someone who likes making sense of chaos
• Decent communication skills (we don’t need a TED speaker, just someone who’s clear and kind)
• Most importantly: you’ve got a learning mindset and a go-getter attitude
