Desired Skills

1. 0-1 years of relevant experience in managing an operations team.

2. Proven ability in driving tightly controlled operational metrics

3. Strong process orientation & business acumen

4. You should have good people management, team building and program management skills.

5. Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment.

6. Higher than normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action.

7. Relevant educational qualification.

8. Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Both English and Hind )

Role & responsibilities

The main responsibility of an operations associate is going to be dealing with our gig partners(Blue collar) which will include:

- Training them

- Sending them out to the field

- Addressing their on-field issues

- Offering solutions to issues

- Correcting the WFs to avoid data rejections

Preferred candidate profile

Fluent In English and Hindi

Fresher or experienced in operations

Preferred Male candidates
